Terms of service

These terms govern your use of PageMatter, including paid subscriptions and founding pre-orders.

The service

PageMatter provides agencies with a workspace to collect website copy, images, notes, and approvals through shareable client links. PageMatter is in early access: capacity, features, and access may change as the product is developed.

Paid plans and pre-orders

Founding pre-orders are billed monthly: $9.50 for the first month with code FOUNDING10, then $19 per month, for up to 5 sites. Payments are processed by our payment processor, Dodo Payments; your card details never touch our servers. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel anytime by emailing support@pagematter.app; cancellation stops future renewals. If you cancel within 14 days of a charge, email us and we will refund that charge in full.

Your responsibilities

• Only upload content you have the right to use and store.
• Protect account credentials and client links, and revoke a link when access should end.
• Do not use PageMatter for unlawful, harmful, infringing, or security-abusive content.
• Keep your own copy of important project content and exports.

Availability

PageMatter is an early-access service provided without an uptime guarantee. Features may be changed or withdrawn. Either side may end an account. Where practical, PageMatter will provide a reasonable opportunity to export content before planned access ends.

Ownership

You and your clients retain ownership of content submitted to PageMatter. You give PageMatter the limited permission needed to host, process, display, and export that content to provide the service. PageMatter owns its software, design, and branding.

Warranty and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without implied warranties. PageMatter is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss caused by a user sharing credentials or client links. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Privacy and changes

The privacy notice explains data handling. Material changes to these terms will be posted here with a new date.
